This is a Table with a border around it to make it stand out. Coloring the cells just makes them easier to see in this example. All of the tables are set to 100% width with a cell padding of 5 except the lower navigation table which has a width of 40% (for looks). Notice how the whole page expands and contracts with the browser window size. Re-Size the browser (middle button in the upper right-hand window) and grab the lower right-hand corner of the browser window to make it bigger and smaller. Look what happens to the content. Download this example, a zip file containing Layout.htm, Button.htm and Stylesheet.css.
