For additional information about TexasWebDevelopers, please review our Terms of Service.TexasWebDevelopers does not sell or rent your personal identification to third parties. TexasWebDevelopers does provide your personal identification to selected, affiliated companies to allow them to perform services for members on our behalf. Such companies are prohibited from using the information for any purposes other than those specifically contracted for on behalf of TexasWebDevelopers to perform their functions. Such communications will always be done under the TexasWebDevelopers name. However, you may also see the affiliate's name on the communications as well. Please notify us immediately if you have knowledge that any of our affiliates ever contact you for any reason other than to fulfill their commitment to you under the terms of the offer you were provided. We release account and other personal information only when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; enforce or apply our Terms of Service and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of TexasWebDevelopers Online, Inc. our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. It is the policy of TexasWebDevelopers to send our members only the types of email they elect to receive in addition to TexasWebDevelopers customary business communications (address confirmation, renewal notifications, etc.) Further, it is our policy to immediately remove any member from any mailing list upon the member's request. At any time, members can update their email preferences list via the "My Profile" button on the home page. (See instructions below under "Updating Your Information.") In addition, every email communication from TexasWebDevelopers will contain clear and obvious instructions for how the member can remove himself or herself from that mailing list. We do use email as a means of receiving feedback from our members, and we encourage you to email Member Care with your questions or comments. Membership Registration Our site's registration form requires you to provide us contact information (name and email address) and demographic information. Based on your opt-in to our email services, which you indicated either as part of the registration process or by managing your "My Profile" page on our Web site, we may use your contact information from the registration form to send you information about our company and promotional material from some of our affiliated partners. Your contact information is also used to contact you when necessary. Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. We use this data to tailor your experience at TexasWebDevelopers, showing content that we think you might be interested in, and displaying the content according to your preferences. We do this in two ways. First, we analyze members information in aggregate - that is, we collect information about thousands of site visits and analyze it as a whole. This kind of study involves looking for trends among many visitors to TexasWebDevelopers, rather than analyzing information about any individual member. Examples include researching which parts of the site are accessed most frequently, or determining which banner ad generates the best response. Second, we may use information gathered during your visit to help customize our communications with you. For instance, if you choose to view our TexasWebDevelopers Search Engines, we might offer you a link to related products the next time you visit us online, or we might send you an offer related to Search Engines. TexasWebDevelopers may periodically conduct individual voluntary member surveys. We encourage our members to participate in these surveys because they provide us with important information that helps us to improve the types of services we offer, and how we provide them to you. The responses we collect in online surveys are anonymous. In the end, we hope to tailor our communications with you to fit your needs - so that you receive more of what you want from us and less of what you don't want. Updating Your Personal Information TexasWebDevelopers provides you with ways in which you can alter the personal data listed below. To make these changes, please log onto the home page and click the "My Profile" button. Once you have made the desired changes, click the Submit New Contact Information button to lock in your changes. Follow the directions below to make changes to your personal information.
